Paid Time Off (PTO)

Accrues on a paid hour basis
9 Days per year full-time
Eligible following 6 months.

Sick Leave

Accrues on a paid hour basis
8 Days per year full-time
Eligible following 3 months.

Holidays

7 Paid Holidays + 2 Floating Holidays
Based on FTE
Eligible following 3 months

Medical, Vision, Dental

Medical Insurance offered by the Public Employees Benefits Board (PEBB)
Uniform Medical Plan Classic and an option to participate in a Health Savings Account
Dental is offered by Washington Dental Service (WDS)
Premiums are paid in full for full-time staff and are prorated for part-time staff

Life Insurance

$10,000 Life Insurance and AD & D at No Cost to staff
32 hrs/wk to be eligible

Pension Plan

3% of gross bi-weekly wages contributed by CMC
50% vested after 2 years
100% vested after 3 years

Long Term Disability

50% of Last month's salary for full-time non-union staff
Maximum of $5,000 per month
90 waiting period to become eligible
